Simple DIY Candle Holders
What You Will Need:
-Glass cup (mine were $1.00 each at the Dollar Store)
-handful of rubber bands
-piece of paper or newspaper
-spray paint
Step 1: Take your clean glass and wrap rubber bands randomly around glass.
Step 2: Roll paper into a tube and place down inside glass. It will expand to the width of your glass. This will prevent paint from getting on the inside of your glass.
Step 3: Carefully spray paint glass in a well ventilated area.
Step 4: Remove paper from inside glass. If you wait too long, it will dry with the paint and be a pain to get out later.
Step 5: Let glass dry for 4 hours.
Step 6: Remove rubber bands.
Step 7: Add tea candles or candle of your choice to glass.
Step 8: Enjoy the beautiful ambiance of your (cheap!) candles holders!
I am sorry there are not more pictures of this project. My new camera has decided to stop working (grrrrr!!!). I will post more pictures of the process once I get it fixed...hopefully soon! Have a wonderful day and enjoy this simple project!
