My family has a SERIOUS addiction to PB!
Peanut butter and apples were a frequent snack when I was growing up so peanut butter has always been in my life...whether in sandwiches, dipping apples or Reese's (before I went dairy free).
The real addiction started when I was pregnant with my third baby and found out I had gestational diabetes. I had to incorporate more protein with my carbs so peanut butter became a staple in my diet and my family follow suit. We would make dips, cookies, sandwiches, pancakes - basically anything with peanut butter.
My love still continues for this yummy spread and I came up with this dip for breakfast the other morning. I hope you enjoy it as much as my family did! Just try not to eat the whole bowl by yourself like I did....oops! I will have to do extra burpees!
***Luckily no one in my family has a peanut allergy. If you have a peanut allergy feel free to substitute any other nut butter for peanut butter!***
