Between 3 kids and myself, we ate the whole bowl in less than 10 minutes. (And we ate it for lunch....shhh don't tell my husband!)
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Dip Recipe
2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2-3 tbsp. almond milk (or any milk substitute)
3/4 c. Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate chips (they are dairy free and vegan!)
1. In medium sized bowl, blend peanut butter, powdered sugar and salt with mixer.
2. When mixture resembles coarse crumbs, slowly add in milk until dip looks spreadable.
3. Stir in chocolate chips by hand.
4. Find something to dip in it and enjoy!
Other ideas to add or try:
-1 tsp. vanilla
-DF King David white chocolate chips
-1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
-1/2 c. DF sweetened condensed milk
-1/2 c. dried cranberries
-1/4. c. Hershey's chocolate syrup (it's Dairy Free!)
-1/4 c. sweetened coconut flakes
