My family has a SERIOUS addiction to PB!
The real addiction started when I was pregnant with my third baby and found out I had gestational diabetes. I had to incorporate more protein with my carbs so peanut butter became a staple in my diet and my family follow suit. We would make dips, cookies, sandwiches, pancakes - basically anything with peanut butter.
My love still continues for this yummy spread and I came up with this dip for breakfast the other morning. I hope you enjoy it as much as my family did! Just try not to eat the whole bowl by yourself like I did....oops! I will have to do extra burpees!
***Luckily no one in my family has a peanut allergy. If you have a peanut allergy feel free to substitute any other nut butter for peanut butter!***
Peanut Butter Dip
2 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup milk
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend on high for one minute or until fully combined. You can also whisk everything together in a medium sized bowl if a blender isn't handy. Dip apples, bananas, graham crackers, marshmallows or anything you can think of in this yummy dip!
